❖ I enjoy taking a personal approach and will want to spend time with you talking about your plans and the photography well before the big day so that I'm clear about what will be happening, the pictures that you may be wanting and to get to know you.
Ideally, the cost of the photography shouldn't be the most important consideration - it should be that you love the pictures and you like the photographer - but in the real world it often is important: I offer you a Creative Fee option where you simply pay for the photography and the fully edited results which are supplied on a DVD, or a number of flexible packages which enable you to select additional options. Alternatively, I can build a package that is tailor made for you, based on a standard hourly rate.
You can choose from all or any of the following -
• an engagement shoot
• a pre-wedding or boudoir shoot
• bride preparation pictures
• only the ceremony (perhaps in a registry office)
• reception and celebrations
• the first dance
• prints of any size from an award-winning UK lab
• canvas or many alternative types of display prints
• slideshow on a DVD
• an inexpensive or high-end album from Loxley or GraphiStudio
• parent or pocket books
Edited photographs are placed in a password protected section of my website for you, friends and relatives to view. You don't necessarily have to decide what you want to do with the pictures until you've seen them after the wedding, although I'll gladly give you an indication of the price of different options at any time.
"Barry has just covered our wedding day and we have been so impressed from start to finish! Barry met with us prior to the wedding to get a feel for the venue and also to discuss what sort of style we were looking for (mainly informal with some formal shots), as well as to get to know one another before the big day, which was really nice. We've just received our photographs back and we are absolutely thrilled with them - they are just amazing from the quality of the photos to the mix of formal and really candid shots. He really managed to catch the spirit and the feel of our day in exactly the way we wanted.
